Description: As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. You will work across digital and traditional marketing channels to ensure a cohesive and effective brand message.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, PPC advertising, and email marketing.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
  • Knowledge of content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Senior Business Analyst

Location: On-Site (MD)

Description: As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven recommendations to drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders, gather and document requirements, and support the implementation of solutions that improve efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
  • Develop process models, workflows, and reports to optimize operations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and product development, to implement business solutions.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Support the development of dashboards and KPIs to track business performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate meetings, document findings, and communicate insights to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Experience with business process modeling (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and working with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools is a plus.
  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or Six Sigma are preferred.
