Marketing Specialist

Description: As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. You will work across digital and traditional marketing channels to ensure a cohesive and effective brand message.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and analyze performance metrics.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and optimize outreach strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to create marketing materials.
- Assist in managing SEO and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Track marketing performance and report insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, PPC advertising, and email marketing.
- Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
- Knowledge of content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma is a plus.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Senior Business Analyst
Location: On-Site (MD)
Type: Full-time
Description: As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven recommendations to drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders, gather and document requirements, and support the implementation of solutions that improve efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Develop process models, workflows, and reports to optimize operations.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and product development, to implement business solutions.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Support the development of dashboards and KPIs to track business performance.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate meetings, document findings, and communicate insights to leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience with business process modeling (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools is a plus.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or Six Sigma are preferred.
